Coal Transport Conveyor Walkways

CDE partnered with a steel fabricator whose in-house design team was at capacity. The project involved installing four similar 60-meter walkways alongside elevated coal conveyors, with stair or ladder access. While the client had a prepared concept, they lacked resources to complete the job promptly.

Working closely with the client’s project engineer, CDE’s drafting team delivered timely, cost-effective drawings for the fabrication workshop. We analysed 3D scan data and original hand-drawn conveyor plans to provide the detailed measurements necessary for accurate fabrication.

The successful delivery of, approximately 240 meters of walkways, enabled our client to maintain their reputation for quality project execution.
