Cooling pipes for Ore crushing mill

CDE were supplied with a process flow diagram and a pathway and were required to generate the workshop drawings for the cooling pipes that surrounded exsiting process machinery.

We subsequently produced detailed modelling and design of the pipe runs surrounding the existing process machinery.

The accuracy of the design allowed the client to fully fabricate pipe spools in their workshop avoiding any hot works onsite and therefore minimising downtime that could have been caused by bureaucratic processes.
