New Access Platform for Mill

Our client, a silo and mill manufacturer, needed assistance creating drawings for a multi-level mill installation that required access platforms for maintenance and observations. Lacking internal resources, they sought our expertise as an external partner.

We took the client’s initial concept and modelled it for review. Once approved, we refined the model and produced comprehensive workshop drawings. These detailed drawing specified each and every component, down to the smallest nuts, bolts and washers.

This approach enabled the manufacturer to accurately order all necessary parts and equipment. The final design also complied with Australian standards, ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. Our involvement streamlined the process from concept to production-ready specifications, facilitating efficient manufacturing and installation.
